Return & Refund Policy
At Nutbreaker, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver fresh, high-quality products. However, if you face any issues with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacement requests only if:
The product is damaged or tampered during transit.
You received the wrong item.
The product is expired or not fit for consumption upon delivery.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of food items, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
2. Timeframe for Request
All return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share your order ID, photos, and a short description of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
3. Resolution Process
Once we verify your request, we will offer:
A replacement shipment of the same product, OR
A full/partial refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–7 business days).
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or partially consumed packs.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
