At Nutbreaker, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver fresh, high-quality products. However, if you face any issues with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacement requests only if:

  • The product is damaged or tampered during transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or not fit for consumption upon delivery.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of food items, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

2. Timeframe for Request

  • All return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share your order ID, photos, and a short description of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

3. Resolution Process

  • Once we verify your request, we will offer:

    • A replacement shipment of the same product, OR

    • A full/partial refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–7 business days).

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed packs.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
